Signs of heatstroke
Short answer
Possible signs include confusion, poor coordination, seizure, loss of consciousness, very high temperature, fast breathing or hot skin without sweating. Call 999.
What to do
- ✓Call 999 immediately.
- ✓Move the person to a cooler place if safe.
- ✓Cool them while waiting.
- ✓Follow the call handler’s instructions.
